Basic Quilting Supplies
This is a list of things you need to begin your quilt making journey. It is in no way completely inclusive. It is meant to be a guide only. Items will be added as they are suggested. And the list is in no particular order.
Acrylic ruler for rotary cutting
Rotary cutter
Rotary cutting mat
Fabric scissors
Right-angle triangle
Sewing machine
Hand sewing needles
Cotton fabric
Cotton thread
Pencil or ultra-fine black marker
Glass-head pins
Iron with steam and ironing surface
Thimble
Seam-ripper
Tweezers (help pull out threads when you have to rip a seam and redo it)
A light-colored towel to aid in pressing
Masking tape, if using sewing machine
